Sky Sport state that the club is talking with Real Madrid about the possibility of a loan with view to purchase. Marotta and Paratici, however, would offer 20 million for loan sale and repurchase obligation.

He is super talented but has no courage to fully develop himself as a player.
You’re joking right? Courage is to running into a burning building to save some old lady. Developing your football skills has nothing to do with courage. If you’re saying he is weak minded that is a different thing. That can be changed. Being around Buffon, Marchisio might be a bit different than Ronaldo, Bale and those primaveras. They might turn him into a man.
I’m not saying that just to piss you off because you are a Juventus fan. It’s true. He had Cambiasso, Zanetti, Milito and co around him in the team already and that didn’t help much. He is a very gifted player techinically but he simply doesn’t have the courage to shoot on goal or take someone on. It might change but judging on what happened so far, it’s hardly possible.
Allegri would be just as lost as previous managers on where and how to play him. He couldn’t figure it out with Pirlo, who is the best true regista ever imo, so history would suggest he would find the same issues with Kovacic. If I were Kovacic, I’d do anything and everything to sign with a team managed by either Conte or Ancelotti, the two managers that helped forge the legend that is Andrea Pirlo. That or he can become another flop.
