He’s a classic Brazilian #10, great dribbler with equal ability in scoring and creating goals, which Inter need desperately. We already signed one in Banega, but we need other midfielders that can score a handful of goals per season. For Inter in Serie A, Brozovic, who totaled 4 goals, was our only midfielder with a decent tally, while Melo, Guarin. Medel, and Kondogbia had 1 a piece. Meanwhile, Roma had Pjanic (who is now a Jube player) score 10, Florenzi, a defender, score 7 and Nainggolan score 6. Jube had Pogba score 8, Khedira score 5 and Cuadrado score 4. Napoli had Callejon score 7, Hamsik score 6, Mertens score 5, and Allan score 3 on top Higuain’s record breaking 36 goals! It goes unnoticed at Inter because of how much of the scoring burden is put on Icardi, but we need midfielders that can contribute on the score sheet too, it’s the staple of any top team!

Very unlikely their first season or two, the defense and tactics in Brazil are no where near Italy’s standards. They’d be successful, but I’d be shocked/impressed if either of them could tally double digit goals playing for any team in Serie A.
