Both are young players and as we all know, if depends of Mancini he hardly will sign with even one unexperiensed player. I can’t be sure about Perisic, but still think that Ausilio is the men who observed him for a long time.

For the last 2 seasons berardi had amassed 22 goals (7 this season, 15 last season) and 16 (10 last season and 6 this season) assists from the right wing/forward position while playing for Sassuolo. I think that’s a pretty convincing stats.
