marko-pjaca

Dinamo Zagreb starlet Marko Pjaca has constantly been subject to transfer speculation in the past few months. As well as the likes of Benfica, a number of Italian clubs have been reportedly interested in securing his services. Fiorentina appear to be the frontrunners, however neither Inter or Milan can be discounted as potential destinations this summer.

The 21-year-old’s agent, Marko Naletilić, spoke to Violanews.com and spoke of the strong interest in his client, particularly from Serie A side Fiorentina. Viola sporting director Pantaleo Corvino has followed him for three years, according to Pjaca’s representative. He also referred to potential interest from Juventus amid appreciation from Fabio Paratici.

And he certainly will not come cheap for any of the interested parties: “Valuation? Minimum €15m, maybe more. Yesterday (during Croatia’s Euro 2016 tie versus Spain) Marko showed only 60% of his quality. I’m sure he will be worth 40-50m in a couple of years.”
