Gabriel Jesus is one of the most sought after young talents in the world. The Nerazzurri are growing in confidence for the success of the negotiations to acquire the young Brazilian forward, despite the high competition coming from clubs like Bayern Munich and Barcelona. Yesterday there was a trip to Brazil from Branchini, the agent of the player.
Inter feel a closure of the deal is near for the 1997 born forward. Inter have also received assurances from Palmeiras and other interested parties who hold the rights to player. The Nerazzurri would like to close the deal immediately, but there is the possibility that the player arrives in January, as Palmeiras have promised their coach and fans to keep him at least until December. The negotiation is difficult and long, given the competition, however, there is optimism.

As much as I Love Inter and hope that we get this kid and other top players, I don’t see this happening. I think we should start focusing in more realistic targets. Keep trying with him, but don’t waste all the time and resources on one unlikely target. I am really nervous about this mercato. Candreva and Berardi? With Lotito and Rube in the mix, I don’t see it happening either. Our other main target is again Yaya Toure… He just doesn’t want to leave Manchester City. I see other teams signing top players, but inter hasn’t. Maybe we should try to get Pjaca and Lameda today and have two good players do the whole preseason with RM.

Hey i like palacio. He works hard for the team and he can help develop the young players and instill that work ethic. He is worth keeping around for the time being as long as he doesnt want to play any more than a sub role.

I am actually going to watch the Palmeiras game that begins in about 12 minutes. Honestly his goal per game ratio is pretty outstanding for a winger/midfielder no matter the league. I hope he does well and its nice that he is still reasonably young so it will be hard to look at this as a bad transfer but i get where you are coming from
