While the Italian media continue to talk about Joao Mario’s possible move to Inter, news comes from England this morning that Chelsea have become interested.
According to The Sun newspaper, Antonio Conte is interested in the Portuguese international and would offer more than 50M Euro for the talented midfielder.
This would be a figure that would clearly satisfy the valuation of the player’s club side Sporting Lisbon.

Although I believe both him and Witsel are overrated as hell, I prefer him over Witsel anyday.
Not comparable; Witsel is a central holding midfielder with the character of a regista whereas Joao is a player with technical, strength, speed and vision to be able to play as a winger, attacking mid and as a central box-to-box player! They are fully capable to play together in our midfield wth Kondogbia, Perisic and Benaga who are all different to the two others!
We don’t need a holding cm, while JM is able to play all the midfield positions. Reminds me of Deki.
According to portuguese journal Record Sporting have accepted Inter’s 40 mil bid for him and he’s currently negotiating his personal contract. But I have no idea if Record isn’t Portugal’s Tuttoshit.
