According to Brazilian sports website GloboEsporte, Gabriel Jesus of Palmeiras will join Manchester City after interest from various clubs such as FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and even Inter Milan. TV reporter Eric Faria has been reported saying that Pep Guardiola has spoken to him for 15 minutes, in which was enough for him to convince the young Brazilian striker to head to England, however, Jesus has reported to have been wanting to stay at the club until the end of the year.
The striker is currently the top goalscorer in the Brazilian league with 10 goals and is worth roughly 32 million euros.

I already got mad after Juve signed Pjaca! And now we’ve lost Gabriel Jesus too??!!
GDS also reported that he ll join MCFC..
No Berardi
No Joao Mario
No Gabriel Jesus
This mercato sucks
This has been contradicted by other sources… In reality no one has come forward with an official offer eit… Still I expect him to join Barca
First Jaõ Mario now Gabriel Jesus, why don’t we, for one time, show some balls and buy a big player. By the looks of it, it looks like we are going to have a mediocre season again. We clearly lacked goals last season. So we need more strikers or attacking midfielders . Maybe inter is waiting to sell some players before we can buy anything
How much did we pay for Ansaldi?
3 millions
he will become like robinho and go crazy and become depressed
Hahaha, strangely I have similar feeling about this one. I’m still regreting our Adriano, the greatest Brazilian talent since R9 and Ronaldinho. If only he kept his head straight, CR7 and Messi would be dwarfed by his enormous talents. For me, GJ talents are no more than 25% of Adriano.
Although I think it is totally bullshit (who the hell is globe esporte!?), it’s no big deal. Let’s go for Lamela and sign Yaya for that remaining non eu spot.
shit back to yaya
Agreed bro but I understand the agony of or fellow brothers and sisters. As fans we want the best for our club especially when or rivals are growing stronger by the week. I to myself get a little frustrated but we all need to understand what management are up against before we become disgruntled with them.
Perisic on the left, banega in the middle and icardi up front, all we need is a quality right wing signing and on paper, that should produce a lot of goals, enough for the jump up to top 3. We’ve got plenty of time to sign someone and more should be revealed after sunnings meeting with uefa in ‘late July/early August’, so that’ll leave us plenty of time to sort something out. I’m guessing they’re trying to sort it so they can make a decent signing with out selling anyone decent, we’ll see, either way I’m sure we’ll get someone quality on the right and we’ll be set! Forza Inter!!!
Article regarding Inter uefa meeting in late July early August http://m.fcinternews.it/en/bolingbroke-will-visit-uefa-late-july-suning-is-already-working-for-219636/
yes we need a good RW/RM and hopefully we can sort it out quickly.
we also need a CM/CDM that will work well along side K-dog since it looks like we will be selling one of Medel/Brozo.
we ALSO need to get rid of some players.
i havent given up on this transfer window yet but i am tired of getting my hopes up (ex. Gabi Jesus, Calleri, Berardi etc…)
Witsel would be great along side Kondog
ya i agree. i would be happy with that
True Candreva is what we need
I don’t understand why we waste our time trying to go after Brazilian players who play in Brazil, we will always lose out to EPL team at the last minute. Has happened before and it will continue happening. Just stick to going for Argentinian players, that’s what we’re good at.
true until the Chinese money kick in and ppf go away then we will flex our financial muscles
who care about an unproved wannabe “new brasilian star” … the next moura, or that left back brasilian youngster who was in inter and now is nowhere. brasil is full of fake stars without shine … typical brasilian footballer-selling industry which exploits the brand made on really great players from the past.
where is brasilian national teram these days?? where are all “those talents”?
brasilian football is in deep coma, only myth made about brasilian footballers lives and is selling players, because; the show must go on !!!
Honestly, for the first time since I read all of your comments. I agree with you for this one. Damn… I never guess this can happen
dear mr. smith,
you just have to follow my logical thinking.
just relax and enjoy … ;-))
In the meantime Rube signed Pjanic, Benatia and now Pjaca. And most likely Higuain if they sell Pogba. While we waited for “the next Neymar” wonderkind who could have joined in the winter anyway. For fuck’s sake, I know we’re looking for that huge signing, but right now we need the immediate impact. I can’t believe we couldn’t have signed Berardi for the money we’re offering for Jesus. Or Candreva, who has been rejecting everyone else since he only wants to play for Inter and is patiently waiting for us while we pray for miracles. Just sign some good players, get that top3 spot, get back in CL, evade FFP and they try for big stars next year…
Exactly what I am saying!! There is one month left in Serie A and we need players unless we will be playing Europa with primavera. Without at least 2 more good players, CL will be a distant dream.
Juve has lost: Morata, Cuadrado, and Pogba
We have lost: JJ only
We have gotten: Banega, Ansaldi, and Erkin to this date
So no panic buying like we did with Melo last year.
Candreva is good but his price tag is too high for a 29 year old. Remember Hernanes!
So no need to panic. Just remember if you want a worldclass player, you have to count on losing at least one of Icardi, Brozo, or Murillo. They are all under 23 and have great potential, and I want none of them gone for a 29 year old!!!!
Juve will come out stronger from this. Cause they know how to invest smart and act fast. Selling Pogba right now is smart. They would be able to pretty much buy anyone besides Christiano and Messi. We on the other hand will chase butterflies till the last possible minute and then bring someone in the last second who’ll just be filler till next season.
I’m sick of Candreva – Hernanes comparisons. Yes, same age and team. So? Not the same personality, position, characteristics, mentality. Hernanes was already on the decline and was having two bad seasons when we got him. Candreva has been in-form all year, had a good Euro, very rarely suffers from bad form. When Hernanes played well, he could win any match, when he played bad, he was terrible. When Candreva has a bad game, he’s still freaking good and doesn’t get lost on the field. If we get him for 20-22 mil I’ll say money well spent.
Not wanting world class players is exactly what I’m saying. We just need good players who will play their role in getting us to our objective for next year.
No need for twist of reality when you are discussing your point. Hernanes scored 11 goals in 34 apps in his last FULL season he spent in Lazio. We got him as expensive as he ever was in his career because he was very well in form.
Please name me 5 top class wingers in their 30s. I appreciate that so much.
As for spending 30m+ for Candreva, also clarify whom you want to be sacrificed. Based on FFP we can NOT purchase any players that mess up our balances. That’s why we lost Kovacic to gain Kondogbia.
Do you want Brozo to be gone, just for his price to be doubled next season. Does a player named “Coutinho” ring a bell. He worths 50m now. We let him go for 7m. All these bad businesses come when we pressure the club for a transfer without having any eye on the longterm. We have no Man Utd shopping capability anymore. We can only do business like Dortmund if we want to be successful. And Dortmund for sure does not spend 80% of their transfer budget on a 29 year old!
I would sacrifice Brozo cause Mancio doesn’t know what to do with him and where to put him while I’m 100% sure we’ll sign a winger and a regista, so it’s either Brozo or Kondo to warm the bench. Alongside with Medel..
Any Lazio fan will tell you Hernanes wasn’t what he used to be when joined Inter, he was playing in a more offensive position tho, hence scoring more.
Candreva isn’t 30+ and I didn’t say spend 30+ on him.
I agree our long-term policy has been shit for a long time, but now a lot has changed. Next year we’ll be able to spend more, but it’s crucial to find ourselves in a better position on the table. That’s why i think we need the immediate impact.
I offer my point and my views. You argue with me, gave rational remarks as well, but don’t propose an alternative. As I understand your point is not selling anyone, which means not buying anyone either.
My alternative is to either not buy anyone, or buy a younger winger like Berardi. If Lazio could sell Candreva under 24m that would also be good.
Brozo played as a right winger for Croatia. Having him there is not ideal but certainly option. I would also like to see more of Bakayoke. He has shown promises in the friendly games so far. Palacio can also play wing. So I propose using him and Biabyani as subs in other tournaments..
We had no chance of signing him and I am glad this saga is over so we can pursue realistic targets .
and while we chased the unrealistic target, the affordable one (Gabriel Barbosa) will sign for someone else too
that muthe fucka was the same price same 3rd party bs
typical inter mercato.. no surprise there.. ^^
