FFP is here to prevent clubs buying their way to victory. Ofcourse, the system is very flawed and sometimes plain stupid, and clubs can get stuck in this FFP loop(not enough revenue -> can’t spend, can’t spend -> can’t produce more revenue). In order for FFP to fuck off from our backs, we need to create more revenue. So like sponsorships, global brand recognition, stadium etc etc. We have been improving on the sponsorship part and have increased our yearly revenue for about €20-30m. We have also started to improve our brand recognition, especially in Asia. Smart thing to do would be to fully own San Siro/build a new stadium, to massively increase our revenue from tickets and such. We need revenue because FFP doesn’t allow clubs to spend more than they earn. This is why we can’t spend a lot, because our revenue is not big in these days and for everything we buy, we mostly have to cover it with sales.

great explanation, I would also like to add to it, this ffp is not really fair, taking west ham as an example : because they play in England they have tv deals and such that makes them able to go nuts on the market cuz of the huge money they receive where in Italy not possible to to do so, I believe each league needs to have their own ffp not just one number to reach for all the clubs in all leagues, cuz this way pl will have massive advantage, maybe the PL people are the ones that even created this bs to take advantage of, manurinated is not even in the cl and is buying bitch load of players 120m for pogba wtf and many more

They each have 100,000 plus Stadia that is filled every game (not just derbies). They have arguably the 2 best players in the world atm which results in crazy marketing economically. Even with that FFP did hand Barcelona a 2 year transfer ban.
