Sky Sport reports that Davide Santon has begun the second part of his medical examinations before putting pen to paper and signing for West Ham in the Premier League. The Irons have identified Santon as the ideal replacement for long-term injured Aaron Cresswell and have agreed terms with Inter to loan him with an option to buy set at around €5-6 million.
