It’s a shame that we have to start all over again and again..while the others have played together for years, and now we have to start from scratch again.. however, if this is inevitable, then so be it. Well we should wait and see, Mancini should be very attached to Icardi bcz he’s the one who can save his ass in many games.
Although I like him a lot, he lost the dressing room and has nothing to add to the team. Our gameplay hasn’t improved and we are just able to rely on Perisic flair for our attacks.

Leonardo for 1 season, then move him to director role after the yr and bring in Simeone or whoever our long term coach will be.
Many people tninks that this change is too late and now is too risky to change the coach. But with Mancini considering the way he behave, he’s not motivated, he lost the locker room and he never was competent tactical, the failure is sure. It’s better to bet and risk with the change, because we have nothing to lose. But we have to be careful with our choice and have to look for a person who’s philosophy will fit with the players we have. Remember Roma last season? They risk and changed their successful coach for a few seasons Rudy Gracia in the middle of the season, because they was in a though period. And their risk was justifiable, because their performance improved a lot and they finished comfortable in top three!

Very late to be changing coaches, however I have really lost faith in Mancini and I think some players may have too. It’s a big risk at this stage but I really don’t want to spend another season watching this running around like headless chickens on the pitch. I think we rode our luck in the first half of the season collecting 1-0 wins, but at least we had a solid defence. Now even that’s down the drain, if the Tottenham match is anything to go by. Maybe I’m being harsh on Mancini as 4th place is the best we’ve done in a long time. I think this team, with a few more reinforcements, could potentially qualify for CL and have a good run in EL too, but I don’t really see this happening under Mancini. I feel like he still hasn’t decided how he wants us to play. Anyway it’s a huge risk at this stage but I really like De Boer

I’m kind of neutral on this. By that I mean that I don’t hate Mancini and don’t want him out, but I wouldn’t be upset either if we decide to get rid of him. I think our best option is to keep Mancini, with no contract extension and then push hard to get Simeone next season.
