According to Premium Sports, The final decision on Roberto Mancini will be taken soon by Erick Thohir and Michael Bolingbroke. Piero Ausilio meanwhile has already had a meeting with Frank De Boer in Netherlands. Bielsa and Leonardo are other possibilities for the job. For fucks sake if they hire Leonardo i will lose my god damn mind
the person who hasnt been a coach since 2011 sounds like the best solution in our current state!
honestly I would rather Mancini stay than bring in Leonardo. there is no way inter would hire someone who hasn’t managed for five freacking years!!!
ive seen some shit since 99 around this club, never say never…
De Boer will arrive
Is this decision too late? For sure! But, if somebody was watching the way Inter played last year, it was inevitable that Mancini will be sacked sooner or later. From the start of the preseason, he acted like a spoiled kid, was constantly offended that he wasn’t receive renewal (did someone here think the he deserve it) and because our management doesn’t satisfied his ridiculous demands for players like Yaya Toure, Zabaleta, etc. He insisted for more and more transfers, forgetting that we have to respect FFP restrictions. Our play instead of improving was decreasing and he looks more and more uninterested and that he doesn’t know what to do. In this case, why we have to wait him to ruin another season, before to take care? This decision could be too late, but it’s the right thing and is inevitable!
Agreed, some of us just choose to be ignorant, thats all

I agree that Inter have not played well but last season Inter had the best result in 5 year with a hole new team and a low budget. So taking that into account we did pretty good. Who are going to replace Mancini and do it better who have a better track record and know Italian football? Leonardo and de Boar no? Who should we bring?
First of all, after constant demands and nine new players all chosen by himself he failed to achieve his target, Champions League spot. Some of his choices was horrible Melo, Montoya, etc., with others he was constantly fighting Ljajic, Jovetic. And if wasn’t our 1-0 luck in the first half of the season, who knows where we was going to end? If you forgot, Mazzari with players like Belfodil, Taider, Kuzmanovic, Dodo, Silvestre, Khrin, Wallace, Mudingyi, M’Villa, Jonathan finish fifth and crashed Sassuolo twice with eight goals. But after his rashly resignation just before the Derby and little before winter break, nobody jumps to defend him! Why is that?
all in – Thomas Tuchel for feature pleaseee
Leonardo?!really??really?really???why?!no..why?!!!!whyyyyy???
If I can goof recall, he was the best Coach we had after Mourinho.
This is true
He was in terms of silverware, winning that coppa, but he had the treble winning squad and an out of this world Eto’o who was unstoppable at the time.
Yes he won the coppa, but he lost 5-2 to Schalke at G.Meazza.. then 3-0 in the top of the table showdown with bilan.
His success was built on a fired up strong squad with world class champions, not on his tactics which proved to be lacking in crunch matches.
Yes, but still better than all other coaches we use to have.
Suning Please get rid of Thorir while you’re at it…Drama always seems to find Inter. I think inter has been cursed by someone lol
If this is true it is the worst decision in a long time. Mancini is building his own team. Now he has to prove that it works and now the management wants to sack him? And why? We had the best result within the last 5 year. Can de Boer or Leonardo do better or do they have a better track recordss? No. If this is the true this is very bad management.
Inter logic – spend 25m€ on a player specifically wanted by the coach (but whom the management didnt want to sign because he is old) and then get rid of the coach a few days later.
Pazza Inter indeed.
Candreva said he was never contacted by Mancini, he was a target a while ago, Mancini wants more and more plus a renewal for his incompetence, as much as I appreciate what he did for INTER years ago but his football methods and ego makes him change formation every week to sound awsome, he is living in the past, Defend + Defend + Counter attack (with Melo and nagatomo and palacio) for 90min, if things dont work he just ignores the bench.
Yeah why are we even offering a renewal wtf has Mancini done? Candreva is a key piece regardless if Mancini wanted him or not, we needed a winger anyways.
