While in defense, especially FBs, Ansaldi and Erkin not too convincing, while Naga, DD, Santon, (Dodo), supposed to be just for back-up…our biggest problem is here…forget Gabigol, try to find another quality FB please.
Seems like Inter are trying to get Gabigol for the future, before others snatch him. He’s wanted by Juning as they want to invest in young and talented players. Reports say Inter are willing to let him finish the Brazilian season which ends in January. If he comes than, we’ll have to get rid of Biabiany or Jojo.
In the Celtic game, FDB introduced Jojo and switched formation to 4-2-3-1, and if he keep with that, we’ll need another attacking player.
Gabigol would be an investment as much as direct attacking reinforcement.
Gabigol could easily be worth 2-3 times his current value in a couple of years.
Also, Inters backup forwards are rubbish to say the least. Eder is a small time player who cant handle the pressure of a big club, Jovetic is a hack who hasnt done anything in 3 seasons now and before that only had 2 good seasons in his entire career. Meanwhile Palacio is finished and Biabia is …. Biabia.
Some new attacking talent is much needed and some of the above hacks should be sold. That being said, i doubt Inter has much chance of landing Gabigol, plenty of rumours about interest from bigger, better and richer clubs already and this will probably explode after the olympics.
Got a feeling by the time January rolls around there will be ten clubs after him, which makes our chances of signing him slim to none
