Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Domenico Criscito wants a return to Italy. The full-back has plied his trade with Russian outfit Zenit since 2011 when he left Genoa. The 29-year-old has spoken with his manager Mircea Lucescu, former manager of Inter, regarding his ambitions and the situation is now in the hands of Criscito’s agent, Andrea D’Amico. Napoli share an interest in his services with Inter and his agent will hold talks with both. Inter could offer up Caner Erkin in a swap deal for the Italian.

He’s not young (as sunning’s plan) but we are desperately in need of quality and mature players to raise the team morale..its hard to watch handa and now miranda showed their frustration on the pitch (maybe the news that said miranda put off gabigol interest to us is valid afterall).
Its also painful to see how naga still running around, chewing his gum, put an innocent face as he thought that he’s done his best for each games…maybe he does but the kind of chievo’s result was supposed to bring anger to each and every member of the squad! I have to mention this, we are lacking players with character (buffon, chielini, de rossi, hamsik, etc), those kind of players that drives the team forward with their works, words and attitude.
Beside FBs, we still need another MF with enough technique to bring the ball forward..cause Capt MI9 cant play hold-up ball.
Clearly, with banega-kondog being in constant preassure, then medel holds the key, whether he carry the ball himself or create with forward passing, but we know thats not medel are for.
Im all in for keeping medel to be the 3rd CB after Miranda-Murillo or as option in DM whenever we need to defend, but not as starting 11 as long as MI9 as our CF.
