Frank De Boer’s twin brother, Ronald De Boer, was intervewed by AS about his brother’s ill-fated debut at Inter.
“Is Frank happy at Inter? His debut began with a loss in the opening day of the Serie A. He wished to play with a 4-3-3 formation, so everyone needs to be patient. But he’s optimistic and sure that things will get better.”

I think he will go back to a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-3-1, he said he only played that way because of apparent physical issues I guess.
I still don’t understand why he opted to use a 3-4-3-1 when majority of the players playing were our starters so using the 4-3-3 was possible. He just had to keep Rano on the bench and use Medel as CB and but Brozo or Melo in Mid or one of the younger players
Maybe he just trying his luck anyway..
I still don’t understand how can the players be in bad physically shape if players have key role in their internacional teams (Perišič, Candreva, Miranda, Murillo,Brozovič, Jovetič, Nagatomo)…
Easy, it’s our beloved Inter, if CR7 came now to Inter he’ll become a baboon, it’s a bad spell we have since long time ago.
lel, i hope that curse lifted with De Boer in our disposal
Lol i never knew he has a twin brother
They played together at Ajax and then Barca but his twin was more of a bench player that followed his star brother around lol.
No offense, how old are you?
Go google Italy vs Netherland on EURO 2000.
Both of them included in the Netherland squad. R. De Boer as bench player tough.
The interesting fact is our superhero, F. Toldo (he was still Fio’s player tough) succesfully saved 5 times penalty kick of Netherland. Two spot kicks in regulation time and three in the shoot-out as ten-man Italy won.
Frank De Boer can’t beat Toldo as he missed his penalty kick twice!!
That was a very solid and incredible match to watch, and sure one of italian team beautiful moment at that Euro.
