At this point in time Inter’s market seems to be blocked. The Nerazzurri have been aiming for Joao Mario for some time now, but the limits of Financial Fair Play have effectively frozen the deal; Inter must have an incoming budget of 45 million from revenue in order to get the Portuguese player. So to see a champion of Europe arrive in Milan there first must be an excellent sale. Inter’s plan is to sell Brozovic for 30 million Euros, but the potential sale of Jovetic to Fiorentina for around 15 million Euros might suffice. Sissoko remains as the alternative to Joao Mario, but even that transfer comes with a similar problem as Newcastle have an asking price of around 30 million for the player.
