Referee Michael Oliver will lead an all Premier League officiating team for Inter Milan’s Champions League match against Young Boys.
UEFA confirm the entire team of referees for the match, via FCInterNews. Stuart Atwell will be the VAR for the match.
On Wedneday, Inter travel to Switzerland to face Young Boys in the Champions League.
This will be the Nerazzurri’s third match of the season in the competition.
Inter have taken four points from their first two matches in the Champions League.
Last month, the Nerazzurri took a precious point away from their away trip to face Premier League juggernauts Manchester City. They played out a goalless draw.
Then, in Inter’s second match, they demolished Red Star Belgrade 4-0.
Meanwhile, Young Boys have lost their first two matches in the competition this campaign.
The Swiss side suffered heavy defeats against the likes of Aston Villa and Barcelona.
Therefore, there is no doubt that Inter will go into Wednesday’s match as heavy favourites on paper. But the match will not be played on paper.
The Nerazzurri know full well the kinds of challenges that they can face playing away from home.
And three points will be important for Inter. They have matches against the likes of Arsenal, RB Leipzig, and Bayer Leverkusen on the horizon.
