After the additions of Joao Mario and Gabigol, Inter must balance the books. Marcelo Brozovic is the prime candidate to be moved on but Il Giornale give the next three names on the list, Felipe Melo, Andrea Ranocchia and Davide Santon.
Meanwhile, for financial reasons, Inter are unable to complete the signing of free agent Martin Caceres for the time being.

I think the magic word for most of financial problems is Jovetic !
If we can sell him for 18-20 Mil to Viola directely…then we can get Caceres qickely!
Also idk,,,,why we have to keep melo ?! Cant we kick him out like we did to Mancio!???
BTW,,,his salary is high !
Melo, Andrea Ranocchia and Davide Santon make a combined 7 mill …..that’s half of Chievo’s wage bill !! Nobody wanted Melo when he was on the Brazilian National team because he was too slow and arrogant so do you really expect that at 33 years old someone will want to buy him ?….anyways I just have to say: NAGATOMO FOR LIFE !!!!!!
Nagatomo is a role model professional and deserves to be at the club. I’m not saying he should start all games, but that kind of behaviour is what a top club asks from its players. He also rejected Manchester United – probably lifestyle choice.
You surely know that policy, as juBentus is always looking for “soldier” type of discipline in their players.
It takes soldiers to win a war !
Good luck finding someone to buy Lord Melo and Rano…
No one’s gonna buy them
china will
Only china or arabian club who have a lot of money
Everyone seems to think we can dump our deadwood like Rano & Melo in China. I wish it were that easy. You know how La Liga sides have a limit of 3 non-EU players? Well Chinese sides have a limit of 5 non-Chinese players in their squad. 5 meaning 4 non-Asian football confederation (e.g. Teixeria, Ramires, Martinez and Sainsbury at Jiangsu) + 1 AFC player (Jeong ho at Jiangsu). Formerly Jiangsu had Jo but they literally had to remove him from their first team squad list and place him with the reserves—yet they were still paying him a 1st team salary. You think they’re going to demote Ramires for the sake of Melo? Teixera for the sake of Biabiany? I love Inter too but let’s be real people. Suning didn’t take over to make Inter great at the expense of Jiangsu. Things have to be mutually beneficial.
Also, per match they can’t even play all 5 foreign players—only 3 of the 4 non-AFC stars can play. Another consideration..
+ good luck convincing them to MOVE to China when they can just sit out the remainder of their contract – lifestyle decision. Better relax in Milano than suffer in China.
I really hope not. We really need him so bad. He can cover all the positions in the backline. He is a mutch better RB than D’Ambrosio and mutch better CB than Ranocchia.
and they don´t?? 😉
BTW just read that J.Mario is arriving on loan and wont cost us more than 5mil this year meaning we don´t need to sell Broso THAT much as we thought (We still have the Alvarez money and the Guarin money from the JAnuary sales to count into this summers spendings!)
Actually that was an ERROR from Lega, they admitted it afterwards.
We fully bought Joao Mario in 3 years of installments:
2016: 10m
2017: 15m
2018: 15m +potential 5m in bonuses ^^
Oh okay.
For financial reasons we cant sign a free agent??? Seriously? Somebody explain. We can spend €100m but we cant sign a free agent for financial reasons?
nah, Joao Mario final decision was on a loan actually. It confirmed by Lega, and it is because our bound to FFP, yeah Europa League sucks. Obligation to buy on next season, so the balance would deducted from our balance on next season. You could check the recent news.
Yeah i know. I read that too. They could spend alot of money i mean if it werent for FFP. So why is signing a free agent so hard? It doesnt make sense.
his wage demands are high

you could read there, on F.
Free agent players still have fee for their agent if a football team about to sign; also amortization (wage) brought forward as at the end of period (F.3.d.)
from that two points, could affect club balance sheet.
correct me if im wrong

maybe it has something to do with room for him in the squad (Erkin and Jojo left to make room for gabi and Mario)
Yeah you are right my friend. I forgot about the new FIGC rules. The changes, which take Italy from having no squad size rules to being in line with the standard used in UEFA competitions, limit Serie A clubs to 25 over-21 players. Of those, no more than 17 can be non “home grown” players, meaning players who spent at least three years between the ages of 15 and 21 as part of an Italian club, be it in their academy or first team squad, or even away on loan so long as an Italian club still holds the player’s contract.
Adding a further layer of restriction is that, of the eight roster slots held for players who trained in Italy, four of those are reserved for “club trained” players, meaning players who spent at least three years in that younger age range with the club that currently holds their registration.
That is why we cant get rid of D’umbrosio, Ranocchia, Santon. We need them to complete the registration lol.
Really? Just realized that Caceres, whom I thought to be 32 years old, is only 29 and from April !!
He had a lot of serious injuries – just check his record.
do you think juBe would let a good player go for free? especially to a rival.
I’ll chose to not to believe it until the market closes tomorrow
