Having already invested 100 million Euros into the summer market it seems that Suning could even bring surprises in January. The confirmation came in on the show “Radio Anch’io Sport” on Radio Uno Rai, from Yang Yang, a member of Inter’s board of directors and the vice president of the Suning investment group, who confirmed the prospect of doing business with Jiangsu and in the near future seeing some Chinese players in the Inter shirt: “At this point in time there are no Chinese players in the Serie A, but there are in other European leagues. It would be great if they could arrive sooner rather than later at Inter. Selling a few players to Jiangsu? For now we don’t have such plans, but we cannot exclude this. We naturally have interest in developing this synergies with other clubs in the future”.

Everyone seems to think we can dump our deadwood like Rano, Melo, Naga in China. I wish it were that easy. You know how La Liga sides have a limit of 3 non-EU players? Well Chinese sides have a limit of 5 non-Chinese players in their squad. 5 meaning 4 non-Asian football confederation (e.g. Teixeria, Ramires, Martinez and Sainsbury at Jiangsu) + 1 AFC player (Jeong ho at Jiangsu). Formerly Jiangsu had Jo but they literally had to remove him from their first team squad list and place him with the reserves—yet they were still paying him a 1st team salary. You think they’re going to demote Ramires for the sake of Melo? Teixera for the sake of Biabiany? I love Inter too but let’s be real people. Suning didn’t take over to make Inter great at the expense of Jiangsu. Things have to be mutually beneficial.
Also, per match they can’t even play all 5 foreign players—only 3 of the 4 non-AFC stars can play. Another consideration…

why do you think Rano or even Melo would want to go in China?! They have huge contracts and they live in Milan. They don’t even have to pay, so sounds like DOLCE VITA [sweet life] to me.

You buy Neymar for 150 mil….after 6 months you get at least half of your money back for selling shirt with his name around the world. With such player in your squad it will be easy to find big sponsors for the team ( even Pirelli will pay more ) and you will attract better players to join the squad.So after 1 year (maybe 1 and a half ) 150 mil will return to the team from all businesses you can do only around one player 🙂
Not true, the equipment manufacturer retains most (over 90%) of kit sales, the amount of money clubs bring from shirt sales is very small, certainly not enough to pay for a transfer
First as you can see i finish with :), so i was not talking very sirious. But as i said after 1 year and a half.it is possible to return the money ( maybe most of them) from shirts, sponsorships, image rights, tv right, tickets… all together.
