It has been reported that during the summer transfer window that Inter Milan was looking to sign current Lyon striker in case they sold captain Mauro Icardi to Napoli.
Coming from the sale of Gonzalo Higuain to Juventus, this seemed to be the perfect deal for them had the €60m offer from Napoli been accepted. In the end, the Argentine stay put as well as the did Frenchman in France.
The France international is valued at around €35m and last season scored 21 goals in 34 Ligue 1 appearances.

i spoke about laca and fekir 2 years ago and some peoples joke about this.they said that must prove his talents and e.t.c. when the talent will prove his talent he will be cost more and many club will Opponent to buy.
Until now, I’m not convinced with Icardi as our main striker … But I prefer lukaku on Lacazette as I think they both are around 60m.
They both suck, we need a Suarez style player: guile, technique, positioning and good with feet/head. We sorely miss Príncipe…

Would have been a great coup for us. After the sale of Icardi and bringing this guy in we would still have a good amount of money for a quality fullback investment.
Lyon reportedly refused 35 mil pounds for Lacazette. Don’t think he would have been cheap.

and he will suck bad in serie a , no space to run, serie a is perfect for jovetic type of players that can hold the ball and have good ball control to work in tight spaces

Why are so many people talking good like that about Jovetic? This guy sucks as hell. Loses the ball soo often. Cant shoot, cant dribble (he thinks he can). Palacio has a better match impact and decision making than Jovetic. Period.

Yes, you are probably right. What do you think about Lacazette in place of Icardi?
Lacazette isn’t a classical striker. He’s fast and physical, but his positioning, jumping and headers aren’t nearly as good as Wanda’s boy. Lacazette is good for 4-4-2 with good creative midfields behind him. With Icardi we got exactly what we need given that Perisic and Candreva start working together as they should and supplying him with constant crosses. If this team takes off I’m sure we’ll start scoring a lot.

I guess you´re right BUT Lyon has been playing 4-3-3 with him as a solo striker for some years now right? And Lacazette has done really well in that system too…
