Interviewed by Inter Channel, Danilo D’ambrosio had a few words to say about the 2-0 defeat against the newly promoted side Hapoel Be’er Sheva F.C.
“We weren’t clinical enough especially in the first half when we should have scored as long as it’s 0-0 sooner or later your opponents are going to get a chance. Hapoel man marked us all over the pitch tonight. Our build-up play was far too slow. They grew in confidence after the break when we couldn’t find the Breakthrough.
The Italian fullback went on to discuss the match against Juventus this upcoming Sunday: “We play a tough side on Sunday but that’s football and you have to go for the win in every game. We hope to bounce back straight away.”
