true tenacity and a real captain’s performance. he isn’t just a target man, he was an anchor up front. this is probably the first time I see Mauro play like that for an entire game! all over the pitch! getting balls from bonucci, chiellini, barzagli and benatia couldn’t have been easy. his passing was great; that assist was pure fucking butter. he dropped deep to link up play, tracked back to defend, and also went wide for eder to run down the middle. Bravo! more of the same

the only thing that concern me is the quality of our bench.. with our schedule we certainly need some rotation, and our bench are just painfull to watch.. i hope FDB can find sollution for it.. and in january we can offload some death wood and improve our bench as well..
mauro icardi for sure.. and our midfield trio that control the midfield are worthy to mention.. and don’t forget miranda and handa.. these two are the beast in defense..

I dont like the decision to bring Melo in, he doesnt cover lot of ground and could defend properly as well as didnt add much to relief preassure with his passing range, without any of this Kondog or Gnou would be better, much better.
Senna Miangue is on par with Santon, if Santon offer an italian and academy slot, as also Miangue, then Nagatomo presence is no longer needed, offload him in any means possible.
D’ambro is not Maicon, and apparently trying hard not to be Maicon, but he’s still decent, just lack confidence and not the type of player that will offer spark, but i’m guessing if the team plays well, then he will be to.
Dont sell Eder in winter mercato, he’ll be very useful. Offload Palacio and Bia and Jojo if we dont want him, we need to make room for Gabigol and be fair to Jojo’s career as well.
Agree on melo but kdog should be loaned if he doesn’t develop. Gnoukouri is better than kdog for now.
As for dambro, he offers something with his good shot but he’s such a liability defensively with his brain farts… Either caught out of position or bad technique/header costs is an own goal. Offload him asap…

Icardi it is, he did more in any games I’ve ever watched from him. Score, assist, defensive contribution, cut the passing lanes to Pjanic.
Then Handa and Miranda and Banega.
Weakest player was Melo, did nothing but gave up a dangerous free kick to Pjanic/Dybala
Then Dumbo for zero confidence whatsoever for dribbling and overlapping and getting burnt by Sandro so many times.
There are two thing we need to become a contender: Character and cohesion. The first one is getting back for 90% of the squad, the second one will eventually come with time cause I believe in FDB.
And playing Miangou instead of Nagashit was the move of the day. I hope he does it next time for Gnoukori instead of Melo.

Icardi, always showes up vs Juventus. But the whole team was amazing, with exception of our fullbacks, especially Danilo “Clown” D’Ambrosio.

I have never seen Mauro play so good like he did today. He was tough and fought for every ball!
He fucking outmuscled Bonucci at full sprint speed. He wanted this win more than a threesome with Wanda and another girl. He was sprinting at changes when he was barely walking and limping.
He outmuscled all three Juve defenders, was an absolute beast today.
We won this game because of Mauro’s goal and assist, but out midfield did the dirty work today overpowering and not giving Rube a chance. I vote for Banega. 4 games in and he’s playing he’s been here for years. Every interesting situation we had came from him. Amazing engine, sniper passes, creativity at its best.
Which is why I’m worried he’s out next game. Voted for him too. Mauro is a really close 2nd. Both Joao’s played fantastic as well.
It’s telling that the 1 goal we conceded, came from Juve getting around Dumbro, followed by a pass to Santon’s area. We need Ansaldi back… and a new starting FB on the other side, so badly. Hopefully Miangue develops and can become a starter, if not we need a fullback on day 1 of the next transfer window!
Yeah Joao and Banega were amazing . So few mistakes, very composed, very good passing, great work rate. Medel playing as a DM was good too. He’s a simpler player and gets confused when he has more responsibilities. But when he’s left to do what he does best, he’s a beast. Absolutely overpowered their attackers today.
Don’t worry about Banega he could need the rest, he was running a lot and our next game is in midweek already. Banega is back next weekend. We need a little turnover. Kondo will get his chance.
