Inter defender Ranochhia reflected his thoughts about the frustrating 1-1 draw vs Bologna at Meazza. The defender was on pitch for 90 mins and could have sealed a victory for Inter with a last minute header which went wide:
“I’m working like a dog, I am trying to find the maximum possible form. It ‘still a small step, but I have to work. On a personal level, playing for 90 minutes was more important than missing the goal”
He then reflected about the team’s performance before signing out:
“Now we must think about the cup because we have to recover from this and then decide what we can do at Rome“

Lol. So true. I was prepared for the worst when he tried to challenge 50-50 ball inside or near the danger zone. In the end, He was one of our better performer…if he can maintain this form, it won’t be too hard to sell him in the next transfer window.

Ranocchia has always had the talent, he could just never get it together mentally, which is why I think he frustrates so many of us. If he could manage to gain some confidence and maintain concentration throughout a full 90 on a consistent basis, then like you said, he should become a proper defender.
I agree with you, if Ranocchia keep his preformance at high level Murillo need to fight to earn back his starting spot.
FDB should have given more time to Gabi,,,what a good moves he has ! Candreva looked unfocused since 60″ mins and should have been replaced by Gabi in that time! ,,,,Banega was not 100% fit (I dont why but really sad because of that) ,,,kondo proved today that he is absolutely not fit in FDB style of play ( a dozens of errors),,Miangue and Gnouk thank you very much for the great performance ( one day you two will be a great players 🙂 ) !,,,honestly,,,the injures of Both J.M ( Mario and Murillo) was so heavy and made a hole in our formation,,,about you Rano,,,thank you for the good performance,,,but I still think that you only deserve to play against mid and low teams,,,I really hope that one day you become a beast,,,but untill then I still prefere Miranda and Murillo over you

Miangue was solid today I was impressed. Kondo needs a psychologist to help him mentally. I don’t know why Eder is sucking so much he didn’t do anything when he came on!!! Rano missed a glorious chance at the end he is just not good enough, I’m scared every time he gets the ball :/ Barbosa has quality but we have to be patient with him. I like FDB but I think we made the wrong decision when he subbed out Banega… He should’ve taken out Rano, put Medel at cb, and put in Gabriel. Also think jovetic should’ve came on instead of Eder for two reasons: to prove that he wants to play by working hard and that Eder can play in the EL but jojo can’t so rest Eder. I think Icardi is awesome but he needs someone to compete with him up front. If you have no competition you tend to chill because you know no one is going to replace you… Also if you guys noticed, we make life difficult for ourselves sometimes by playing to wide and then cross the ball in, usually it’s Icardi vs three defenders and be can’t dribble so I think we should play more direct. Maybe play banega (playmaker) and jmario/medel (hardworking) the center and have perisic and candreva on the wings and play Icardi as a center forward and jovetic/barbosa/Eder behind him. What do you guys think??? Sorry for writing an article haha

Lets be fair here, he played a good game, about the miss? His job is to defend even it was a shame it didnt go in
I remember one error of him at the beginning, later he was.. solid. He saved us a three times, when he was the last defender, only that scoring chance in the end. Including Chievo game Rano should have more goals than Icardi, work on it!
