We need a coach who knows serie A, speak Italian, has trained a big team before and is good defensively. That rules out Leo with his ultraattacking style. Only Simeone fits that profile that I can think of for sure. Possibly also Blanc.
Right now the team needs a coach who can their confidence back and create a possitive atmosphere, a coach with proper man management.
Leonardo showed that he is the man for that last time with Benitez fucked the team up in similar manner as flop de boer. Then in the summer perhaps a proper tactician can arrive if any are free.

I am against changing coach every season, since it will not bring any stability. But, I think FdB is finished, he cannot control the player anymore and seems did not have any back up tactic and strategy. It is strange for a coach who have been coaching for years.
Someone who know Italian football is the best option right now. On the management side, we should find a way to sell lot of useless player. Ausilio is good in negotiating how to buy a player in periodic payment, but he found difficulty in selling the player. Yes, we can argue that no one wants our deadwood, but still that is one of the task that Ausilio have to do. The success story so far is by selling Kovacic for 35 Euro, he did not worked with us and we got a lot of money.
Also, we need a great scout to find some gem. I remembered that we got Cambiasso for free and he become essential for us.
