Guido Albers, agent of Frank de Boer spoke with Corriere dello Sport about his client after his recent sacking: “I am sad and very surprised at the Inter’s decision. On Friday the leaders said they had the utmost confidence in Frank and in the long-term project started in August. He didn’t expect that even if he found it strange that no chiefs went at the training centre yesterday. He has been working as if nothing had happened and was ready to do well in Southampton. I found a little ‘disrespectful such behaviour, but football in Italy is like this. Frank is a great coach and I am convinced that will do a great career because he has a great attitude and fantastic to work mentality. If he had the time he would get exceptional results because something he had done after arriving in August and he found himself in a difficult situation. his Inter played good games and a few weeks he learned Italian. I think it was the right person in the wrong place. ”

FDB is a good person and a good coach, but it was obvious he is not yet ready to handle big team as he was crashed due to stress and under pressure, he tried a lot of Italian traditional book methods, motivated some players and used strict discipline with some, he gave a character to the team, but he made a lot of mistakes that costed points, under pressure or not the situation mounted to the chance of loosing a place for CL qualifying, FDB added to his problems by statements of how the team was great when winning matches though the team really was looking bad, I still don’t know how he prepared the team to win the derby match he should’ve prepared the team in the matches followed in the same way.
One more thing his agent should not be rude toward Inter, the club gave a huge support to his client, starting by huge money invested in new players that he used and kept available for him to dare to give a chance, plus he disappointed the team management in the aspect of develop young players skills, the club support ended by giving FDB time to make up for the results, which he failed to do, this season start is to be recorded as one of the worst Inter run in history.
Finally I hope FDB can have a successful coaching career after his experience at Inter, and for the question if FDB could have been successful with Inter if he was signed early in summer, I would say no, because and with all respect to some teams that won against Inter it should have been a easy job to take care by FDB, to me in most matches FDB just selected the starting eleven, he had bad reading for match changes and he was saved by MI9 and Handanovic personal efforts in the matches he bragged he won.
ready to do well in Southampton? and his inter played great? , go fuck yourself and fool someone else retard !
Right person and wrong place? So right person for what?
you should have know it before you directed him to inter, you smart ass.
