Joao Mario spoke on TMW Radio about the recent sacking of Frank de Boer as well as team mate Gabigol: “De Boer did not have time to work but it was a difficult situation, If a big team don’t have the right results, then Coaches get replaced. Gabigol? He’s a great player but coming to Europe from Brazil always brings difficulties. He needs time but he has the talent. He must work and the new Coach will bring out the best in him.”

The question is; how can Gabigoal improve and understand the
Italian league if he does not play? A good coach like Pioli will definitely transform this boy to a desired super star . From my understanding, Gabigoal is an
outstanding and utility player, very prolific. If trained properly, he will improve our striking department tremendously , and then compete with Icard whom we rely heavily on. Lack of good quality attacker cum striker is our greatest undoing , hence the goals sparingly come by, and we ‘re being hurt. Icard is trying, but you notice that out of 6 chances that come his way, he scores 1. He needs challenge; like that he puts in more efforts at his scoring Prowers. Efforts should be geared towards playing Gabigoal to improve him, he needs to garner the much needed Italian experience You can’t spend such huge amount of money on him only to have him as a bench warmer. Hungry clubs could go for him soon and give him the type of training required and you will see him deliver the goods
mario or gabi ?
60 mil wasted,…. Both,…
JM has been good so far and they just need to start playing gabigol
shouldn’t we be more patient and not so quickly lose hope? shaqiri, coutinho, kovačić are now stars and not … in inter.
I strongly agree, my heart is bleeding when I see Coutinho being so mature and you just need some patient on those kids, not that Inter dont have any patience, but unfortunately it is held on wrong players (naga, rano, dumbo, melo)
Cout was decent at Inter and was sold cheap. The other two were not and good money was made on Kova considering his lack of quality and physical strength.
Mario was good
Then what’s the point of buying brazillian player? why not stick to european player? :/ flop or no flop, gabigol should’ve had more chance to adapt into the squad…
