Minutes ago, Lazio announced that they and Stefano Pioli had came to an agreement to terminate his, and his accompanying staff members’ contract through a statement on the club website:
“SS Lazio announces the resolution of the contact of Stefano Pioli and his staff, SS Lazio want to thank Pioli and his staff for their work and we wish them the best of luck.”
Now all that is left is for Inter to make an announcement of their own confirming the 51-year-old as the new head coach of the Nerazzurri.

Lol we did Lotito a huge favour. He saves €2,5 million. Pioli is no longer on his payroll. He can buy a new player with that money instead.
I wonder how much time Pioli will be given and how many loses will be tolerated by our Chinese overlords
The same as at any other of the biggest, and most ambitious clubs in the world! It´s all about results and nothing else. And FdB did get any results and it seemed like the squad was against him (or some of them at least).
If you do not achieve anything with your squad you´ll get sack, that´s like life is, and I´m sick and tired of people crying over the fact that FdB didn´t had enough time!! He had 3 months, 14 games and lost 7 of them! THAT’S NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
