Montella and his Milan are so lucky! This is not a top 3 team. Atalanta plays much better than Milan and they deserve right now to be top 3.
Inter played better than Milan but I can honestly say that Inter needs more character in the offensive phase. Determination and winning mentality is lacking in this team. We have good players but we need more determination. Watch Atalanta!
IMHO, some of our biggest problems, besides continuing childish mistakes in defence and missing too much opportunities. Is that our current midfielders doesn’t help enough when we attack and they are not capable of scoring goals and that we still can’t use better set pieces to score (which is huge weapon of big teams), especially when opponent is defending deep and we struggle to break tight defences!
I also wanna add that Perisic and Candreva are no creative players. They are typical wingers in a 4-4-2. This is why Inter needs to start thinking about a new formation that could help us easier bring down these defending walls.
