Would be better to loan him out to an english team tbh, thats where the money is and where Inter can sell him for the biggest fee in the summer.
He has no future here, Inters senior team is pure cancer for players under 22~. Especially in Inters current unstable shape.
Loan him out, hope he impresses and then try to get as much money back from a sale in the summer as possible.
Use that money to a more experienced player who will be a direct upgrade in the first team.
Loaning him out to a serie a team isnt wise imo. If the intent is to sell him in the summer, then a legue with more attacking freedom is much prefered for him impress potential suitors and gain value.
