Las Palmas President plays Down Gabigol Rumor

Miguel Angel Ramirez Alosno, president of Las Palmas, has spoken about the possibility of landing Gabriel Barbosa during the January transfer window. This time, though, he is throwing water on the fire.

“If all the players we have been linked with actually came, we’d be in a complicated situation and a lot of trouble. One of the few players I’d have an open door to is PSG’s Jese Rodriguez. This is his home. We would be thrilled to have him here but his salary is far from our budget, as are many players we’ve been linked with.”
