Felipe Melo was interviewed by Fox Sports about his plans for the future amidst rumors linking him with a transfer to Palmeiras.
“I want to return to play in Brazil. I left when I was very young, I was only 19. But I don’t want to end my career here in Italy. San Pauolo and Flamengo? Every player in the world would be honored to be thrilled by two world class clubs as those two. Everyone knows that I’m a Flamengo supporter. But I know that in order to play in Brazil i will have to earn less money. I accepted to make more than less than I was making in order to move to Turkey.”
