It seemed as if Martin Caceres and Inter were to be at the start of the season but after the sacking of Frank de Boer things went cold as Inter hunted for a replacement and never took off again. TRT Spor report that Caceres, who has remained without a club since the summer, will undergo a medical with Turkish outfit Trabzonspor and then join them at their winter training camp.

I’m surprised we seem to have lost all interest in Caceres. The only reason I can think of, and the reason why Rube let him go, is that his off the field issues don’t outweigh his talent.
