Inter severly needs a real quality defensive midfielder.
Gustavo atleast used to be one, his supposed dip in form is a bit worrying. But its impossible to know how much should be put into it considering the whole wolfsburg team has been terrible this season.
Kondogbia doesnt really offer anything that J.Mario and Brozovic doesnt do better than him, so it would be logical to sell him. Inter are going to take a big loss on him though.
