FFS, I thought I was going to pull out all of my hair, it was unbearable to watch. First half – 13 shots and Chievo score with their only one. At 60 minutes, 20 to 4 in shots and we are still 1-0 down. Thank god their luck ran out and we managed to win.
Pioli is a miracle worker. Win after win after win. I haven’t been this confident going into matches for some time. We are reborn in terms of morale. Our players don’t give up. We have been losing or drawing at half time quite a few games but we fight until the end and we win. I also love how much Icardi grew as a captain, especially work rates. His tackle in the midfield lead to our second goal.
Pretty much perfect debut for Gagliardini, looked so good. No mistakes even though he was heavily involved, made a lot of great passes, dribbletackles and was really unlucky to not score.
it’s a positive cycle too. When you fight to the end and win in the dying minutes there’s no better confidence booster. Helps drive a winning mentality
