Chievo Verona’s captain Sergio Pellissier spoke to FcInternews in the mixed zone at the San Siro after his side had lost 3-1 against the Nerazzurri.
“Tonight we played a team that’s in form, that is playing well. We hope to eb able to draw, the air went out of us after the goal in the end. It’s a pity because we were on track, but they were too strong. We gave it all, we were winning with 20 minutes left. They are however playing at home and have more quality than us, they were stronger. Inter are playing football now, in the opening match of the season they were a different team. They can fight for a Champions League spot, without a doubt. I’m very satisfied because it’s always nice to score at the San Siro.”
