British tabloid The Mirror reports that Arsenal’s talks with striker Alexis Sanchez over a contract extension are looking increasingly difficult.
The Gunners are currently negotiating a new contract with manager Arsene Wenger and hope to conclude those talks as soon as possible before extending with the Chilean striker as well as Mezut Özil who is also sitting on an expiring contract.
Inter have been rumored to want to sign the former Barcelona striker, and given the difficulties the parties are having that talk will hardly die out.
Sanchez is wasting his time with the Gunners, hope he could be playing for us!

Acording to the rumors we have heard of since Suning brougt the club the links to Sanchez have been the by far strongest (and those to James and Verratti as well). So even though this is from an English news paper, it could be very true.

Suning is stuck on this “marquee signing” idea. to be a great team, you not only need 11 great players, but you need another good bench to accompany that. and right now, we lack starting 11 players (defense). once we buy a world class left and right back, then we can focus on buying good attackers.

I know Sanchez is world class winger, and getting him will boost our attack to another level, but ffs focus on defence, even if we get CL spot (otherwise no Sanches or other world class player for us) big clubs of europe will rape our defence.
