Gazzetta dello Sport reports in today’s paper edition of the paper that Russian Premier League outfit Zenit St. Petersburg are pressing hard to sign Andrea Ranocchia.
According to the report “the Russian club is prepared to sign the 28-year old central defender on a permanent basis from Inter. Coach Lucescu is the driving force behind a permanent signing, which is a good sign in and of itself given the difficult period he’s has since joining Inter. Domenico Criscito is already at the club but Ranocchia has asked for some time in order to see if any positive signs come from Premier League clubs West Ham or Hull City as well Bundesliga outfits Wolfsburg and Hamburg.”

C’mon Wolfsburg step up… how about a loan swap until summer with Roberto Rodriguez, then mandatory redemption both ways with +14m to Wolfsburg (going by recent valuations 22m RR, 8m Rano).
Just leave us. Its not just his fault. Stupid management gave him new contract.
