Italy national team manager Giampiero Ventura spoke on Tika Taka on a possible recall for former Inter player Mario Balotelli: “No one has ever questioned Balotelli as a football player, he has indisputable quality. What he was questioned was for other factors, not technical but behavioural. You are right, we need the younger players to be brought through and that needs a brave manager who doesn’t just fall back on the experienced (ageing) players because he gets cold feet when it comes to the games that matter.
