Because:
1. Miangue is an LB, this guy is a CB. Fairly obvious reason….
2. Inter wants Miangue to develop, for that he needs regular playing time which he currently isnt good enough to get at Inter.
This sainsbury dude is no more than a fringe last choice backup who will be gone in the summer. Another reason he was sent here from Jiangsu is because chinese teams now only are allowed to field 3 foreign player at a time. I would assume that placing him at Inter for half a season has some kinda benefit to Suning, its definitely not someone Inter requested.
