Unlike Inter, City are a more stable team that already has a clear identity, so they can better afford to give chances to young players. Inter is still in a building phase. Also with Guardiola as coach, who has handled youngsters in the past, G.Jesus was in good hands from day one.

We don’t need to make youngster as our core team, but at least we should use them as back up by giving them proper chance, ie against smaller team or in smaller competition.
The reason people say that is our option are shitty player vs youngster. Let’s say they have same skill, although we will lose, at least the youngster can grow unlike the shitty players.
For example:
Miangue vs Ansaldi? Miangue.
Palacio vs Gabi? Gabi.
Gnou vs Melo? Gnou.

However now, there is just so much more money in EPL, which means the league as a whole is much more competitive than serie a. The bottom table teams in the EPL are much stronger than the bottom table teams in serie a.
They simply have too much money in the EPL. Every single EPL team has a high turnover than anyone in serie a not named Rube, Inter, Milan, Roma and Napoli. Even the likes of Lazio and Fiorentina make less money than the worst the EPL teams.
They just make more money,but the fact that Italian players are better than the British ones still helps Serie A.
