Special day for Andrea Pinamonti, which marked his debut in Serie A in the final minutes of Inter-Empoli. The young striker spoke about the match and Pioli with Premium Sports:
“I can only thank Mister Pioli for the debut, I’m happy for the victory of the Spring morning, and I congratulate my teammates and the coach Vecchi. I was waiting for my debut, we beat Empoli and it was a perfect day.”
My future? “Now I’m training hard to improve along with the big players. I have learned a lot from the strikers, both Rodrigo and Mauro. Every player has taught me something. Others gave me advice for when it would arrive for my chance. I have to thank everyone for the very important tips.”
Who do I look up to? “My role model is Icardi. I am always astonished by his movements and his play.”
