There is a real emphasis on developing youth at both the Suning owned clubs Inter and Jiangsu. At Inter there is the ambition to build a young Italian side while at Jiangsu, Jindong Zhang is investing 20% of revenue into youth development, 5% more than the Chinese leagues minimum expectation of 15%  Three of the top Jiangsu Suning prospects will fly to Milan every year and train with Inter’s Primavera to enhance their skills Xinhua News reports. Furthemore, Inter will send coaches to China to help improve the coaching levels over there.
