Tianjin Quanjian has been looking for a striker for quite some time. The coach of the Chinese club has tried, unsuccessfully, with Mauro Icardi and even with Nikola Kalinic but the Croatian striker turned down the offer. So the sight of Cannavaro seem to have moved to Portugal, specifically, Benfica‘s Mitroglou. Tianjin would put an offer on the plate from 45M Euros to convince the greek to accept the transfer to China. As stated on record, however, Mitroglou does not seem to be inclined to accept the transfer due to his excellent time with Benfica and his perfect adaptation in Portugal.
