“Roma is doing very well, I am convinced of their quality. Dzeko is clinical, Nainggolan is very important and the team plays very well. Too bad for the points lost, I think against Empoli and Cagliari. Juventus and Napoli do not give up a centimeter, but the Giallorossi play really well. On Sunday there will be Inter, I think Luciano Spalletti‘s side is superior to the Nerazzurri.”

about this game I’m affraid it will going like the last match. Icardi locked up by Fazio for entirely match, Fazio is like giant. the crossing from perisic/candreva to icardi will eventually meet Fazio head anytime.
hope pioli have solution for this. like winger cutting through center or Banega/mario Long shot/cross passing. but I prefer Icardi to play closing down in this match hold the ball for the Midfield/winger.

At the moment Roma is scoring goals for fun. Having said that I firmly believe if Pioli gets our midfield right we SHOULD beat them. K-dog and Gaglia is so good at cutting the passing lanes. This is critical. They will surely try to end this tie early. Keeping them out for the first 45 is vital. Icardi will be hungry. Also playing at the Meazza is a huge advantage.
Ya at the moment we must admit it. This inter team is still growing, and we can reach roma level soon.

Roma are slightly superior mainly due to having a much more fluid attack that doesnt rely as much on coincidences as Inters attack (making absurd amounts of clueless crosses etc etc). But even so, Roma has scored no less than 9 goals on penalties and Inter only 1, so a large part of the goal difference comes down to those penalties.
Roma have also been quite lucky to only concede 22 goals this season, they concede A LOT of shots and chances in every game, far more than Inter do, even against the lower table teams. But i suppose this is the way Spaletti wants to play.
Anyways, since its a home game, Inter are surely favourites, lets hope they dont fail.
They can’t tighten the defense further what with Fazio and manolas… they are bound to leak goals… and their fullbacks are extremely attacking: effectively 2 wing backs with one of the cm dropping back to help the defensive 2. If they lose manolas their whole defense crumbles since his pace makes up for the holes palmieri and peres leave behind.
Even us having a bad season is still not far away from the top 3, can you imagine this Inter being stable for like 2 or 3 years? Can you imagine if we have the normal ref during the rube game? Inter was, is and always will superior to the rest of serie a team!

At this time we have to admit that they are indeed superior to us technically and mentally. But we are getting better and better too. Against them at home is an advantage. The spirit of our players will be the key to beating their superiority. Third spot is still very plausible considering Roma and Napoli should play in three competition, that’s why I really want to see Napoli beat Madrid.
I would say that both Napoli and Roma is better then Juve! The only thing Juve has on their advantage is the reff and they are a bit more even in their play..

Roma has had 11 pk’s in favor this season,versus juve’s 2 in Serie A.
So,no particular ref.influence on the table difference that I can see
juve is just more stable,better programmed to win and more used to it,that’s the bottom line.
