Interviewed by Premium Sports about the upcoming match against Roma, Stefano Pioli recognized the importance of the big match in which a win would possibly allow Inter to qualify to the Champions League:
“It’s an important match, we are chasing the teams ahead of us so it’s a very difficult and important to win.”
The Inter coach then commented on the absence of Miranda: “At the time in Bologna I have not thought about anything else because we had to win. It’s clear that we are talking about a great defender, but our bench has depth and who will replace him (Miranda) will be prepared.”

3 wins for us and a Roma win over Napoli next week would be fantastic. This 3 week period is our best chance of putting some breathing room between us and Atalanta while joining Napoli (who we still have to play at home) in 3rd place.
