He took to twitter to condemn the officials who decided against disallowing Carlos Bacca’s game winning penalty for Milan against Sassuolo in which he scored with both his feet: “Six referees per game, 12 eyes, dead ball, no one sees the double touch from Bacca. Embarrassing referees”

i see the goal.. i think there was not two touch goal.. the reff was right in this case..
it isofficially a two-touch goal, you can see this at sportmediaset.mediaset.it . But, before that it was not a penalty for Milan, and also the referee should have awarded another penalty for Sassuolo.
