“The first goal was the result of a wonderful pass from Ever (Banega), he gave me a perfect ball missing which was difficult. The most important thing is we won. Through the whole week we worked well, we trained behind the door and today we have seen the outcome. We just have to continue like this. We always believe in 3rd place, we will never give up. There are still 11 games, 33 points and that’s plenty to play. We have to do it like today, giving everything in every match, only then we can finish third. In the first half, the first 25 minutes, was most difficult. Then we found two goals, but we have fought till the end. The manager told us to keep doing what we did in the first half. This is the best formation for us, but it’s the coach who decides. 3-4-3 or 4-2-3-1 whatever the Coach says we have to play accordingly.”
