AS report that last week’s meeting between Inter and Real Madrid owners Jindong Zhang and Florentino has reignited Inter’s interest in James Rodriguez. Suning had set aside 80 million for James in the summer but the player was keen to try explode at Real and carry on fulfilling his dream of wearing the Los Blancos jersey.

How about we steal Isco on the cheap from Real. Just like they took Kroos from Bayern. Isco has 1 year left on his contract, 25M-30M should be enough. So instead of James, we get a similar player in Isco and for example Manolas for the same amount of money! James is a great AMC, that can pass shoot and score. If we can sell Benga for a decent price, James could be a great buy. I’m in favor of splashing the 80m for him instead of Veratti. Mario can stay and utilized as a AMC sub, and CM.
WE should make a statement, we don’t want no shitty James, spend the money on alaba and Rodriguez and a cmf who can score goals! Also we desperately need another cb probably Marquinhos or manolas.

Inter summer shopping: 2 fullbacks, 1 centerback, one solid midfielder who can chip in goals/has attacking and defending sense/ a sort of midfield general like cuchu/motta/ninja and one winger to give candreva/Perisic competition when they are not awake.
Also please loan barbosa to Samp or Chievo so he learns tactics and game intelligence. He’s not quite at Inter level yet.
We still have a laughable defense, and forget kalidou koulibaly, while he’s impressive on form the real game showed he doesn’t have the mental strength yet, playing him with Albiol gives him the confidence he desperately needs to perform. Manolas is a much better option and I can see him Gary as being a beastly cb combo. Miranda and Murillo are solid as well and we don’t need more than 4 quality cbs. Bonus Murillo showed he’s a good fullback when needdd and Gary has that tactical versatility. Miranda will only get worse from here on sadly whereas Murillo can only grow.. like a Mix between matrix and Córdoba

The guy is benched by Isco not Kovacic, as his ability to score and play higher up the pitch. Isco is Spanish and a phenomenon, So there is nothing wrong with being benched by Isco.

With a stronger backbone – Fb especially – a midfield that is growing and an atack that’s already good, I think we can set out to be optimistic. Can James play in Candrevas role BTW?
