Corriere dello Sport has named them “The guardians of the Nerazzurri midfield”- Kondogbia and Gagliardini are “high and in the air are scary. Maybe neither of them has the physicality of Yaya Toure, but in Serie A, in the middle of the field, there is a pair that looks down on everyone, 378 cm combined height, but especially long legs for counter attacks and recovery of the ball.”
Gagliardini surprised everyone as he has immediately fallen in the great new reality, while Kondogbia has finally started to play on discrete levels after the arrival Stefano Pioli, able to revitalize him and make him forget the bad experience he had with De Boer.”

Twin tower
the only lacks of this duo is Goals. they need to improve their shoting skill. and also they are too soft, DMF is must to do the dirty work ; insulting, interrupting, dirty tackling..
Haters gonna hate… Gagliadogbia 4 Life. twIN-TowER.
Kondo still losses the ball too many times for my liking. Against smaller teams thats no big deal, but lose the ball in your own quarter like he has done frequently against the likes of napoli, the team pays dearly
Really happy with our Midfield. Hopefully we can keep everyone and upgrade our fullbacks and buy one high profile player (James, Griezman, or Veratti) and one promising italian youngster (Bernandeschi or Berardi) and we will be challenging Rube next season.
in my opinion to have Veratti (whom i want the most in Inter next season) we have to sacrifice one of our midfield rooster now. of course Gnoukori doesnt count in these as he is inevitably will be sold or loaned next season i assume. as for attacking i definitely voted for Berardi as he is an Interista. i hope next season Inter will definitely reinforce fullbacks position (sell everyone in the fullback position now except D’Ambrosio) and get one centre backs, a word class one.
The sacrificial lamb would be Banega, which is fine with me. But Mario will not be able to flourish with the presence of Verratti as they have similar attributes. I just would rather to bring BOTH Berardi and Bernandeschi with the money that we can buy Veratti with…
