We have had some players since 2010 and still do, that are not bad in quality but don’t have the personality to carry us in hard times (K-Dog, Dumbo, Murillo, Brozovic), they only flourish when they have a leader next to them. This is the sole reason why I don’t see Murillo as our future…

He has improved A LOT since Pioli came in and told him to do what he does best; defend and nothing else! He is not meant to be our defensive playmaker or anything else, simply a defender!
I see him as a still young and strong lad who could learn a lot from the future signings to the defensive line (hopefully Manolas and/or De Vrej will join) and with him as a strong back up we are fine!
yes i agree. He has a lot to learn but he is doing so well it would be a mistake to get rid of him. he has the potential to be one of the best defenders in the league.
