Spanish tabloid Marca reports that Bayern Munich manager Carlo Ancelotti has expressly asked the club’s directors to sign Real Madrid’s James Rodriguez for next season.

Despite the Colombian midfielders statements to the contrary recently, Marca continues to believe that the Los Merengues number 10 will leave the Spanish capital this summer given how little he’s been called upon by Zinedine Zidane this season. Ancelotti was in charge of Real Madrid when the Meregengues signed him from Monaco after winning the Golden Boot award at the FIFA World Cup in Brazil in 2014, and therefore he would love to sign him yet again, this time for Bayern Munich. Inter are also keen on the Colombian and reportedly offered Real Madrid €80 million to sign him last summer according to Marca.
